EDA Interiors – EDA has designed over one million square feet of tenant space, from program development and initial test fits to furniture specification and installation. Our Interiors team is adept at building consensus between the parties involved in the TI process including building owners, building managers, leasing agents and individual building tenants. Our full array of interiors services includes (but is not limited to) BOMA square footage calculations, spec suite design, building standards selection and specifications, lease reviews relative to the build-out requirements, preliminary cost estimates, programming, test fits, space planning and audiovisual systems coordination.
