U of U Aline Wilmot Skaggs Biology Building

The Aline Wilmot Skaggs Biology Building was designed to form the University of Utah’s nucleus for biology education and research; as well as to foster greater interaction and attract high caliber faculty in order to reinforce the department’s reputation as a premier research and teaching institution. Sited in proximity to the Biology Department’s three existing buildings, the new building serves to shape and define a shared “biology quad” as well as reinforce the edge of the science and engineering corridor leading to the university’s center.
