The Summit Group

The 27,000 square foot building includes two levels above grade and one below. The original brick and wood framed structure building was originally used for warehousing and distribution with office support. For the Summit Group this structure needed to accommodate three distinct business groups: public relations, advertising, and graphic design. The design intent was to retain and expose the original materials, even if only small amounts remained, and to contrast and highlight them with new materials. Each work group was able to define itself within the context of the building shell, unifying the space and providing an overall image for the client.
