Summit county Health facility

Developed by Summit County to accommodate the County Health Department, the facility will also provides space for the People’s Health Clinic, a nonprofit organization which provides basic health services for residents of Summit County who lack health insurance. Designed as a healthy building for healthy living, the building utilizes several green building strategies and materials with an emphasis on energy savings and high quality indoor environmental air quality. Located in Park City, the project easily received conditional use approval from the Park City Planning Committee. The building employs local building traditions and materials including local stone and heavy timber and hand hammered zinc siding with a modern interpretation.
