Farmington City Hall

The new Farmington City Hall is located in the heart of Farmington City. Having outgrown their current building, the city looked to relocate closer to the downtown district. As such, the building became a tool to help knit the new Farmington City civic district together, connecting an existing community center and recreation center as well as planning on the integration of future development. This relationship was also heightened by the proximity to the Davis County campus. The overall site strategy looked at how each of these independent pieces/buildings could be linked together through landscape, view sheds, circulation and building placement/orientation.
